Are there any discounts?⌄
Long-stay packages (7+ nights) are 15-25% cheaper than the sum of nightly rates. Low season (Feb-March, November outside long weekends) can be ~20% lower. Pre-launch list members get a meaningfully lower price than the public rate card.
Is a deposit required?⌄
Yes — a refundable 1 000 PLN deposit, returned within 48h after check-out. Industry standard.
What's the cancellation policy?⌄
Free until 14 days before arrival. 50% if 8-14 days. 100% if less than 8 days. You can move the booking to another date up to 48h before arrival.
Do you issue invoices?⌄
Yes, on request — VAT 8% (accommodation services). Provide invoice details when booking.
