Arvo Forest is a private home in a forest in Mazowieckie, Poland, with a separate SPA pavilion. The sauna isn't tacked onto the deck. The hot tub isn't there for the Instagram shot. Everything is part of an evening sequence: silence, warmth, water, fire.

When can I book a stay?⌄
The property is in the final stage of preparation (April 2026). The first stays go to people on the first access list — sign up at the bottom of the page to get pre-launch pricing and priority on dates.
How many people can stay?⌄
2 guests comfortably, optionally up to 4 with a 180 PLN/night surcharge per extra guest. This is a place for couples and small families — not for larger groups.
Can I bring a dog?⌄
On selected dates yes, by prior arrangement via email. Pet fee 150 PLN per stay, the plot is partially fenced.
Will we share the sauna with anyone else?⌄
No. The sauna, shower and hot tub are reserved exclusively for guests of a single booking. Full SPA privacy.
Can I come for just one night?⌄
Mid-week (Mon-Thu) yes, one night is possible. Weekends (Fri-Sun) and high season require a 2-night minimum.
Is there fast internet for remote work?⌄
Yes — fiber optic above 300 Mb/s, desk with a forest view, ergonomic chair. Equipment for video calls.
How long is the drive from Warsaw?⌄
Roughly 50-60 minutes by car, depending on starting point and traffic. Nearest larger town: Mińsk Mazowiecki / Latowicz.
Where exactly is it?⌄
We share the exact address after booking confirmation. Privacy is part of the product — the area is around Latowicz and Jeruzal in Mazowieckie.
Can I charge my EV?⌄
Yes — the property has a Type 2 wallbox (up to 11 kW), compatible with Teslas and any EV using the Mennekes standard. Charging is free during the stay.
What does Arvo do to be eco?⌄
The main heat source is a heat pump (no gas, no coal), with photovoltaics covering a meaningful share of yearly electricity. Heat-recovery ventilation, full waste segregation, composter. Firewood from local certified sources.
