Arvo is a brand of premium private retreats designed around ritual, privacy and silence. Our first property is Arvo Forest in Mazowieckie, Poland.

No. Arvo is a collection of properties — each with its own character (Forest, Zen). We don't aim for scale at the cost of quality.

First properties are being built within 60 minutes of major Polish cities. Forest — Mazowieckie, ~55 min from Warsaw. Zen — coming later.

The property is in the final stage of preparation (April 2026). The first stays go to people on the first access list — sign up to get pre-launch pricing and priority on dates.

Roughly 50-60 minutes by car, depending on starting point and traffic. Nearest larger town: Mińsk Mazowiecki / Latowicz.

Yes — fiber optic above 300 Mb/s. Sufficient for video calls, streaming and heavy upload.

On selected dates yes, by prior arrangement via email. Pet fee 150 PLN per stay, the plot is partially fenced.

We share the exact address after booking confirmation. Privacy is part of the product — the area is around Latowicz and Jeruzal in Mazowieckie.

The main heat source is a heat pump (no gas, no coal), with photovoltaics covering a meaningful share of yearly electricity. Heat-recovery ventilation, full waste segregation, composter. Firewood from local certified sources.

Yes — a Type 2 wallbox (up to 11 kW) on the property. EV charging during the stay is free and included.

Yes — the Type 2 wallbox is compatible with Teslas and any EV using the Mennekes (Type 2) standard.

No. The sauna, shower and hot tub are reserved exclusively for guests of a single booking. Full SPA privacy.

A traditional dry Finnish sauna (80-100°C, 10-20% humidity) in a separate pavilion.

A wood-fired hot tub at 38-40°C, on its own deck. Outdoor shower next to it.

No. Firewood, towels and tub preparation are all included.

Mid-week (Mon-Thu) yes. Weekends (Fri-Sun) and high season require a 2-night minimum.

Self check-in 24/7. After booking confirmation we send a code and travel instructions — you can arrive any time, no scheduling.
